How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every new account starts on the Enterprise plan with full access for 7 days. No credit card required. If you don't pick a paid plan before day 7, your workspace stays free on the Starter tier and your data is preserved.
Can I install the widget on multiple websites?
Yes - one workspace, multiple sites. Add each site's domain to your workspace's allowed origins in Settings.
What languages does Zoey speak?
Zoey responds in the language the visitor uses. Test it with any of the 50+ languages the underlying AI supports.
Where is my data stored?
Australian region on Supabase (AWS Sydney). All data encrypted in transit and at rest.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel any time. Your data stays intact.
